Magnesium plus

Ever since my husband died, over 10 years ago, I have not slept well. Constantly waking up at 2 or 3 am and unable to go back to sleep for hours. I have tried many different items over the years until I came across this wonderful product. This specialized magnesium in the form of gummy bears really work. Last night I took two at 9 p.m., went to bed and woke up at 6:30 a.m. I slept all night long. I woke up refreshed and rested. I will sing praises for this wonderful product. Thank you.

Been using this for a month and my legs don't cramp at night anymore

Sleep is deeper too like I dont wake up every 2 hrs now. Used to be I would fall asleep fine then bam 2am wide awake, mind racing, calculating how few hours I had left before the alarm. Some nights I'd get a charley horse so bad it would knock me off my feet and I'd be limping around at 3am trying to walk it out. Tried other magnesium before and honestly thought it just didn't work for me. The cheap stuff from the drugstore did nothing and tore up my stomach on top of it.

I didn't expect it to work because I've tried everything

I didn't expect it to work because I've tried sprays, drinks, pills. Ineffective. Melatonin made me feel drugged out the next day. So I went into this completely not expecting it to work. I was pleasantly surprised. I fell asleep easily, got up one time to pee and slept through the night. I woke up feeling refreshed and great.

Key ingredients

Per serving (2 gummies, 30 servings):

  • 400mg magnesium bisglycinate (chelated for high absorption)
  • Sugar-free (stevia)
  • Pectin base (not gelatin — vegan friendly)

No magnesium oxide. No stearates. No proprietary blends. No artificial colors. No fillers that dilute the dose.

Third-party tested. GMP certified, FDA registered laboratory.

How it works

Bisglycinate is bound to glycine, which shuttles it through the gut wall. Absorption jumps to around 90%.

Once it's in your body, magnesium does four things your nervous system has been begging for:

  1. It calms the stress loop — magnesium shuts down excess cortisol, the thing waking you at 3am
  2. It relaxes smooth muscle — no more cramps, no more restless legs, no more tight shoulders
  3. It helps your brain make GABA — the neurotransmitter that turns off racing thoughts
  4. It restores the minerals you lose to caffeine, alcohol, stress, and prescription meds

You don't feel magnesium "kick in" like a sleeping pill. You feel it over a week. Deeper sleep. Calmer mornings. Body that stops fighting itself.

How long before I see results?

Most people feel something within the first weeks.

Week 1: Falling asleep is easier. Fewer middle-of-the-night wake-ups. Cramps start to fade.

Week 2-3: You start sleeping through the night. Mornings feel different — less anxious, less foggy. Energy stabilizes.

Week 4+: The full effect kicks in. Your nervous system has rebuilt its magnesium stores. Stress doesn't spike the way it used to. Sleep becomes reliable.

Magnesium is a restoration, not a sedative. It takes a bit of consistency as 76% of Americans are already magnesium-deficient.

We know magnesium that actually works feels different from the oxide stuff people have been sold for years. We'd rather you try it and see than buy something you're not sure about.
